Johnny's Blitz opened in November 2017 and quickly became a venue known for great food and great entertainment. Located in downtown Westmont, Johnny’s Blitz is located at 20 N. Cass Avenue just a half block from the BNSF Metra station.
Johnny’s Blitz has become the destination for the Blues. Located in the town that the legendary Muddy Waters called home for more than a decade, Johnny’s Blitz brings the very best blues artists to Westmont every Friday and Saturday. Every night is a guaranteed great live music experience.

Whether it’s our locally grown and specially ordered beef, or our fresh cut fries prepared in house each day, you can expect high quality food with no compromises.
Our burger patties are a proprietary blend of prime cut Sirloin, short rib, and brisket; the best part being it’s all Kosher. Grilled in house, we guarantee you’ve never had a burger of this quality anywhere else.
Johnny’s is also proud to offer numerous vegetarian and vegan options. We understand that as times change, more and more people are switching to alternative diets and lifestyles. We offer black bean burgers, salads, and we’re happy to confirm that Johnny’s does carry Impossible™ meat.

The Johnny in Johnny’s Blitz. Johnny is a lifelong Chicago native who moved his family to Westmont in 2008. A successful Structural Engineer ; specializing in Building Design and Vertical Structures , currently running his own firm (DMD Engineering Inc. ) . Johnny has been the beating heart of Johnny’s Blitz since its inception. Easily the most interesting man in Westmont, expect to see him most evenings, and don’t be surprised if he joins your table to chat.

Laith is Johnny’s oldest son, and the silent hand keeping the wheels greased. An Attorney by day and Bartender by night, Laith directs the show and can be seen bartending and herding cats most weekends.

The newest addition to the Johnny’s Blitz Staff please welcome our youngest brother - Joe. When he’s not at the bar he’s finishing his schooling and learning the craft. Joe can be seen most nights at Johnny’s bartending.
