Our burger patties are a proprietary blend of prime cut Sirloin, short rib, and brisket; the best part being it’s all Kosher. Grilled in house, we guarantee you’ve never had a burger of this quality anywhere else.
Johnny’s is also proud to offer numerous vegetarian and vegan options. We understand that as times change, more and more people are switching to alternative diets and lifestyles. We offer black bean burgers, salads, and we’re happy to confirm that Johnny’s does carry Impossible™ meat.

The Johnny in Johnny’s Blitz. Johnny is a lifelong Chicago native who moved his family to Westmont in 2008. A successful Structural Engineer ; specializing in Building Design and Vertical Structures , currently running his own firm (DMD Engineering Inc. ) . Johnny has been the beating heart of Johnny’s Blitz since its inception. Easily the most interesting man in Westmont, expect to see him most evenings, and don’t be surprised if he joins your table to chat.

Joe has been a dedicated manager, bartender, and waiter since 2020. He’s a consistent presence most nights, ensuring every guest enjoys their experience while keeping the bar fully stocked with the most popular drink selections. Joe is also a licensed barber, so feel free to reach out to him for grooming services as well.
